 Ethylene Bisstearamide Emulsion (EBS Emulsion) is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless hydrophilic milky white liquid with good anti-sedimentation properties, delicate lubricity, and excellent dispersibility, serving as an excellent lubricant, dispersant, and release agent. It is easily dispersible in water, resistant to acids, alkalis, and water media, and insoluble in common organic solvents like ethanol at room temperature, though soluble in hot chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents (precipitating upon cooling). This product is widely used in water-based coatings and inks to improve pigment and filler dispersibility, enhance paint film leveling and corrosion resistance; in textile post-finishing to boost fiber heat and weather resistance and antistatic properties while reducing spinning breakage; for plastic and rubber demolding as an anti-sticking agent, lubricant, and hard rubber surface treatment agent; in cosmetics as a lubricant to enhance surface smoothness; and as a surface waterproof coating agent for special paper and thermal paper in the paper industry.
