Industrial grade plastic rubber lubricant dispersant release agent heat stabilizer EBS powder

EBS powder is a fine white powder with excellent lubricity, dispersibility and temperature resistance (melting point 141-146℃, decomposition temperature >250℃), insoluble in water but soluble in hot organic solvents. Its molecules connect bis-stearamide groups via ethylene chains, showing multiple functions in industrial fields: reducing melt friction and improving demolding efficiency and product surface finish in plastic processing (e.g., adding 0.5-1% EBS to PVC pipes can improve demolding loss); acting as a vulcanization accelerator for rubber to shorten vulcanization time and enhance abrasion resistance; serving as a dispersant and anti-adhesive agent in coatings and inks to prevent pigment agglomeration and film sticking; and being used as a pressing lubricant for powder metallurgy, a smoothing agent for chemical fiber textiles, etc. The recommended dosage is 0.1-2%, and it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. As a non-hazardous chemical, EBS powder is a core functional additive for improving performance in polymer materials, coating processes and other fields.
