High-temperature resistant powder material lubricant
This powder material lubricant is a fatty acid polymer, a safe and environmentally friendly chemical. It is eco-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, containing no silicon or wax, non-flammable and non-explosive, and biodegradable, which is beneficial to environmental protection. The product features anti-sticking, high temperature resistance, non-corrosiveness, safety and no pollution, with excellent lubricating effect and the ability to reduce friction coefficient. As a specially developed internal lubricant and release agent, it is suitable for special materials and performs well in ceramic granulation powder, powder material modification, and particle/pellet lubrication. When used for powder material modification or as a lubricant or release agent for particle/pellet materials, it can perfectly wrap pellets or powders, enabling 360℃ coating of materials with the release agent and significantly improving lubrication performance.
Basic Info
In the ceramic production process, it can be deeply adapted to the processing of ceramic granulation powder. During the preparation of ceramic granulation powder, particles are prone to agglomeration due to friction, which affects the subsequent forming quality. This lubricant can be evenly dispersed during the granulation process, forming a fine lubricating film on the particle surface. It not only reduces mechanical friction between particles but also effectively prevents agglomeration. As a result, the produced particles have a more uniform size and better fluidity. In the subsequent forming process, they can combine more closely, greatly improving the forming stability of ceramic products and reducing the defect rate caused by uneven particles

It can wrap powder particles in an all-round and gapless manner, fundamentally changing the surface properties of the powder throughmolecular-level lubricating modification. The modified powder has greatly improved fluidity, is not easy to agglomerate during transportation and storage, and is more convenient for subsequent processing procedures such as mixing and forming. Whether mixing with other materials or performing compression molding, it can be carried out more smoothly and efficiently, reducing production stagnation and material waste caused by poor powder fluidity
For the entire life cycle of particles and pellets, the role of this lubricant runs through. In the production stage, when added to raw materials as an internal lubricant, it can effectively reduce the friction coefficient between particles and pellets, making the materials flow more easily during stirring, extrusion and other processes, avoiding adhesion and agglomeration caused by excessive friction, and ensuring the uniformity and consistency of pellets. In the processing stage, it can act as an excellent release agent.
