Environmentally friendly cold extrusion lubricating emulsion

This cold extrusion environmental-friendly lubricant is specially developed for aluminum plate extrusion processes; it is an environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-corrosive and biodegradable polymer emulsion with a milky white hydrophilic liquid appearance, completely free of silicon compounds, which avoids the formation of solid solutions due to contact between silicon and aluminum as well as the occurrence of electromigration, thus protecting the surface quality of aluminum plates. During the aluminum plate extrusion process, using this lubricant can quickly achieve clean demolding effect when leaving the die, effectively reducing wear and friction, not only helping extend the service life of molds and reduce mold maintenance costs but also speeding up the production rate; at the same time, it can exert excellent lubricating effect between metal and non-metal, and with extremely low surface tension, superior thermal stability and no irritation, it can be safely applied in aluminum plate extrusion processes by users.

Basic Info

Adapting to multiple extrusion processes: In the core forming process of aluminum plate cold extrusion, it can be adapted to forward, reverse and composite extrusion processes. During forward extrusion, the lubricant extends with the billet, forming a stable film under high temperature and pressure to avoid friction between the billet and the mold; when continuously producing long rod materials, it can uniformly protect the billet, reduce overheating and dimensional deviation, and ensure that the extruded parts have consistent length and flat cross-section. In reverse extrusion, it adheres evenly to the moving billet through spraying or immersion, forming a continuous lubricating layer, ensuring that high-precision aluminum tubes and thin-walled profiles have smooth inner walls and precise dimensions, meeting the tolerance requirements of the aerospace field. During composite extrusion, it can penetrate into various parts of complex cavities, preventing cracking and deformation caused by insufficient local lubrication, and helping to produce high-strength aluminum plates with complex cross-sections such as automobile anti-collision beams
Adapting to aluminum plates of different thicknesses: It shows good adaptability to aluminum plates of different thicknesses. Thin-walled aluminum plates of 0.1-1mm are mostly used in electronic devices and battery cases, which require mirror-smooth surfaces. The fine emulsion of the lubricant can form a nano-scale film, avoiding deformation caused by excessive lubrication or scratches caused by insufficient lubrication, and ensuring the surface integrity of subsequent processes such as stamping and stretching. Thick plates above 5mm are used in building curtain walls and rail transit, bearing huge pressure and intense frictional heat. Their thermal stability can resist high-temperature decomposition, continuously block the contact of friction surfaces, reduce wear on the mold edge, and keep the mold in good condition even after continuous production for more than 10 hours, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing downtime.
