Defoaming Emulsifier

This product is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic non-ionic emulsifier, free of APEO, formulated with a mixture of various surfactants. It disperses or dissolves easily in water, boasting excellent wetting, penetrating and emulsifying properties, with a wide range of applications: As a solvent-based cleaning agent, it can be compounded with various ionic surfactants to effectively clean metal components such as automobile engines and mechanical parts; it can act as a dispersant, wetting agent and penetrant, facilitating purification, infiltration and surface treatment processes; in the textile and leather industry, it can be used as a leather degreaser when compounded with other penetrants; it has a special emulsifying effect on amino silicone oil and dimethyl silicone oil, with a lower dosage than ordinary silicone oil emulsifiers, resulting in more stable emulsions, and its strong penetrating power can penetrate into the interior of fibers to bring a more satisfactory soft hand feel; it can also serve as a multi-functional detergent and decontaminating solubilizer, applicable to household care, vehicle and public facility cleaning, as well as ultrasonic cleaning; meanwhile, it can emulsify stearates and oil-based products, and has a certain foam-inhibiting effect. Since it contains no benzene ring structure, the products prepared with it are a new generation of environmentally friendly products, combining high efficiency and environmental friendliness.
